Raleigh Police Make Three Arrests In Murder, Seeking Fourth Suspect

RALEIGH – According to the Raleigh Police Department, a 26 year old man was shot and killed on Tuesday and police have arrested three men as suspects in the case, with one more suspect being sought by detectives.

The Raleigh Police Department said that Daniel Lavon Norris was shot around 3:30am on Tuesday, April 24th at his home at 4401 Waterbury Road in Raleigh.

“Upon arrival the officers located a male gunshot victim who was transported to WakeMed, where he later died,” said Jim Sughrue of the Raleigh Police Department in a statement to the media.

According to police, three men have already been arrested in the case.

Raleigh Police Department homicide detectives charged three suspects with murder including Anthony Levon Deans,  Tyson Christopher Davis, and Daquain Rashad Richardson.  All three men were charged with murder.

“All three are of Rocky Mount, and they were taken into custody there by members of the Raleigh and Rocky Mount police departments,” said Sughrue.

The police did not give a motive for the shooting but did say that the shooting was not random and that at least one of the suspects knew the victim in the case before the incident occurred.

Detectives are seeking a fourth man allegedly involved in the shooting.  Police say that Pedro Dashawn Bulluck, age 20, is still being sought by police.  The fourth suspect is also  from Rocky Mount.
