RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK – RTI International, a non-profit research company headquartered in RTP, says it will be hiring over 400 part-time and full time workers for one of its call centers. RTI performs clinical, medical, and other research services for governments, research universities, and private firms in dozens of countries around the world.
The positions will involve conducting telephone interviews – with no sales involved – to obtain critical research data from survey participants, says the company.
The call center workers will be hired through a temporary staffing firm called Greene Resources. Greene Resources, which is headquartered in Raleigh , has announced two open house events to help a local call center fill the telephone interviewer positions that will start in May.
The open houses will be held from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. on April 24 and May 1 at the Hilton North Raleigh, located at 3415 Wake Forest Road in Raleigh. While a majority of the positions offer evening and weekend schedules, day shift schedules are also available. Positions pay $10.00 per hour, says the firm.
